Kalliadis Papaiakovou has worked as a Software Engineer at Orfium since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Python Developer at Reccodo from July 2020 to October 2021. From February 2018 to July 2020, they worked as a Python Software Developer at ENCODE, and also served as a Software Developer Intern from August 2017 to January 2018. Kalliadis has previous experience as an IT Instructor at Axon Halkida from September 2008 to December 2012.

Kalliadis Papaiakovou began their education in 2004, enrolling at the Technological Educational Institute of Crete.
