Mac Lavier is an accomplished executive with a diverse background in leadership and entrepreneurship. As the President and CEO and Co-Founder of Gear Up Sports, Inc. since April 2009, Mac Lavier has focused on simplifying the management of youth sports organizations, emphasizing affordable and efficient solutions for uniforms and apparel. In addition to this role, Mac Lavier has served as an Investor at Oregon Venture Fund since January 2020. Prior experience includes a tenure at Radisys Corporation from February 2010 to March 2017, where Mac Lavier held the position of VP & GM of Embedded Products & HW Services. At Tektronix from 1996 to January 2010, Mac Lavier progressed through various roles, including Vice President of Global Operations & Corporate Quality. Mac Lavier holds an Executive MBA from the University of Washington Foster School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Management Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman.
