John Petty is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Controller at Oregon Manufacturing Extension Partnership since January 2025, John previously held the same title at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Portland Metropolitan Area from March 2023 to December 2024. Prior to that, John was the Director of Finance and Finance Manager at The Portland Montessori School from March 2019 to March 2023. John's early career includes positions at Concordia University-Portland as a Student Accounts and Veterans Benefits Specialist and Student Account Representative from September 2016 to March 2019, as well as a role as Department Supervisor at The Home Depot from January 2008 to September 2016. John holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Concordia University-Portland and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Portland State University.
