Henry Catan has extensive experience in operations management within the food industry, currently serving as Director of Operations and Continuous Improvement Manager at Oregon Ice Cream since July 2017. Prior to this role, Henry Catan was Operations Manager at Trailblazer Food Products from February 2010 and held the position of Assistant Operations Manager at Harry's Fresh Foods from January 2006 to January 2010. Earlier in the career, Henry Catan gained valuable expertise as Transportation Manager at Gate Gourmet from January 2000 to January 2006.
