Noel Mingo is a seasoned energy management professional with extensive experience in overseeing utility operations and energy efficiency initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as Energy Manager at Oregon Health and Science University since January 2019, Noel leads a team of 20 and manages a significant operating budget of $29.1 million while driving energy efficiency projects funded by $750,000.
