Malcolm H. is an Assistant Professor at Oregon Health & Science University since November 2018, contributing expertise in the field of health and medical physics. Additionally, Malcolm has served as a consultant for the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in two separate terms, from November 2021 to April 2022 and again from November 2022 to April 2023. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Health/Medical Physics from UT MD Anderson Cancer Center UTHealth Houston, earned between 2001 and 2009, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Physics from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge, obtained from 1997 to 2001.
