Derek Lords is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software engineering, information security, and system development. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst in Information Systems at Oregon Health and Science University since March 2016, Derek effectively develops and maintains technology-driven solutions for the School of Medicine. Prior roles include Senior Developer at Nike, where Derek led the creation of Go To Market software products, and positions at Standard & Poor's as Information Security Manager, where Derek oversaw application security. Derek's earlier experience also includes engineering roles at Credit Suisse, NYSE Euronext, and leading teams at Synergy and Integration, Inc. Derek holds a B.S. in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from SUNY New Paltz and an M.S. in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.
