Richard Graff is an experienced consultant and operations leader with a strong background in managing manufacturing processes, particularly in the metals and beverage industries. Since April 2019, Richard has served as a consultant at Graff and Associates while concurrently holding the position of Plant Manager at Oregon Beverage Recycling Cooperative since August 2018. Richard's prior roles include Sr. Operations Leader at ATI Cast Product Salem Operations, Operations Manager for melting departments at ATI in Albany and Millersburg, and Area Supervisor at ATI Wah Chang, among others. Richard’s expertise encompasses full departmental responsibility for titanium and zirconium production, with a focus on operational efficiency. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Oklahoma City University and a Lean Manager Certification from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
