Claude Messier CPHR (Québec div.) is an experienced HR consultant specializing in workplace harassment and violence prevention. Currently serving as a Senior HR Advisor at Global Affairs Canada since March 2024, Claude also holds positions with Clariti Group Inc. and QMR Consulting & Professional Staffing focusing on workplace investigations and assessments. Claude is recognized as an investigator by the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety and has held significant roles in government organizations, including the Department of National Defence and Health Canada, addressing harassment issues and promoting psychological well-being. Claude holds multiple degrees from Université Laval, including a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, along with several certifications related to workplace health and conflict resolution. Claude is actively involved with the Québec Society of Work and Organizational Psychology (SQPTO) and has contributed to various committees and advisory groups pertaining to mental health in the workplace.
