Ginette Morin, CRHA, serves as a Spécialiste en déontologie at the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés since June 2023. Prior to this role, Ginette took a retirement position at Bien à la Maison from April 2020 to June 2023. Ginette's extensive experience also includes serving as Chef of service de formation et de dotation at Réseau de transport de la Capitale from September 2010 to April 2020, where oversight of a 12-member team was crucial for recruiting and employee development within a 1500-employee organization. Earlier career roles include General Manager of HR and operations at Fortsum Business Solutions and various positions in human resources at Fortsum Solution d'affaires and Nordia inc., where Ginette held the title of National Director HR. Educational qualifications include a CIREM in Management from HEC Montréal in 2002 and a Certificat in Human Resources from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières earned between 1987 and 1989.
