Nicolas Ruelle has extensive experience in telecommunications and project management, currently serving as the Local Commissioner for Essonne and Project Development Manager at Ordre de Malte France since April 2021, focusing on developing new solidarity projects. Prior positions include Vice President of Transformation, Operations, and Performance at Orange Labs Networks, where innovation in 5G and network automation was emphasized, and Vice President of Operations for Orange Cloud for Business, managing cloud and IT services for enterprise customers. Nicolas also held significant roles at Augere as Group CIO, overseeing broadband operations in multiple countries, and at Orange in various capacities related to operations support and CRM development. Academic credentials include an Engineering Degree from École Polytechnique, a Ph.D. in Physics from Pierre and Marie Curie University, and an Executive Education course in International Business Management at ESSEC.
