Gaspar Ferreira is an experienced psychologist with a diverse background in human resources development and sports performance. Since February 2009, Gaspar has worked as a freelancer while also serving as a psychologist and coordinator for professional training services at INSTITUTO TÉCNICO DE INOVAÇÃO since December 2020. In addition, Gaspar holds notable positions in the Ordem dos Psicólogos Portugueses, including membership on the Organizational and Social Psychology Council and roles in the Northern Regional Delegation. Previous experience includes serving as country manager for RMP Portugal and CEO of RH Center, focusing on HR consultancy and training. Early career highlights feature psychological consultancy for athletes and coaches at Futebol Clube do Porto.
