Mikel Morel is an experienced Site Reliability Engineer at Orca Security since September 2023 and a Technical Support Specialist at LabOS since April 2022. At LabOS, responsibilities include replicating, debugging, and resolving complex user-reported issues from the USA, investigating hardware, software, and infrastructure problems, conducting server monitoring, and utilizing advanced SQL queries alongside tools such as Kibana, Nomad, and Grafana. Mikel also collaborates with various teams to enhance investigations and achieve effective resolutions. Mikel's educational background includes a DevOps Bootcamp from Develeap and a full-stack Java development course from John Bryce.
