Toms Livens is an experienced maritime professional and entrepreneur, currently serving as the Director and Founder of ORCA Crew Services since June 2017, which specializes in international crewing and recruitment for the maritime and offshore industries. In addition, Toms co-founded JSC Renewables LT in 2014, focusing on project personnel management for the Offshore Renewable Energy sector and related industries. Prior roles include Branch Office Director at CSC Crewing B.V. and Seacontractors, as well as various positions in the maritime field dating back to 1999, including seafarer and rigger roles. Toms has a strong educational background in maritime studies from Klaipeda Maritime College and other institutions, complemented by experience in IT management and retail.
