James (Jim) Fahy is a lawyer based in Minnesota, USA. A native of Galway, he obtained a BA in Political Science from DePaul University and a JD from Loyola University, Chicago School of Law.

Following many years’ experience working as counsel for DePaul University,Olympic Federal and Pullman Group Inc., James is a founding partner of JSM partners. He specialises in M&A, Corporate Law and Finance, General Banking Law and Restructurings and Consolidations.
