Adam Karr is the current president at Orbis. Prior to this, they were a partner at Palladium Equity Partners from January 1997 to December 2002. As one of four deal professionals, their responsibilities included sourcing and evaluating acquisitions, making investment recommendations, conducting operational and financial due diligence, negotiating and structuring transactions, and harvesting portfolio company value.
Before Palladium, Adam worked as a financial analyst at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette from January 1993 to December 1995. There, they participated in a broad range of activities, including merchant banking investments, equity and high yield offerings, bridge financings and new business efforts.
Adam began their professional career as a career intern at Sponsors for Educational Opportunity from January 1992 to December 1992.
Adam Karr graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Lincoln Laureate. Adam then went on to obtain their Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
