Paulo Andrade is an Associate Engineer at Orbee. Paulo has also worked as a Strategic Management Analyst, Executive Assistant, and in various other positions.

Born in Brazil, Paulo Andrade has always been interested in technology and how it can be used to improve people's lives. After completing their undergraduate studies in computer science, they began their career as an Executive Assistant at Digitro Tecnologia. In this role, they provided support to the head of the Shared Services department and helped with the organization of meetings and schedules.

In 2013, Paulo Andrade moved to the Federação das Indústrias do Estado de Santa Catarina, where they continued working as an Executive Assistant. In this role, they were responsible for controlling and organizing meetings and schedules, planning travel, drafting reimbursement reports and expense control reports for the department, organizing video conferences, controlling invoices, handling confidential documents, and performing other secretarial activities.

In 2020, Paulo Andrade began working as a Strategic Management Analyst at AltoQi Tecnologia. In this role, they were responsible for the management of strategic indicators and OKRs, the support in the budget process and corporate governance, the management of Board of Directors meetings, and the creation of Support Committees. Paulo also implemented a tool for corporate management and supported a governance project for the establishment of a Board of Directors, Committee and Code of Ethics, authority policy, and others.

Paulo Andrade is currently working as an Associate Engineer at Orbee. In this role, they are responsible for the development and maintenance of software applications.

Paulo Andrade has a technology degree from UNIASSELVI in startup management. Paulo also has a business degree from the Faculdade Municipal de Palhoça. For their MBA, they specialized in shared services management from SENAI/SC - Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Industrial and executive assistant from Centro Universitário Internacional UNINTER. Paulo is also certified in HR from Qulture.Rocks and in administrative professional foundations from LinkedIn.
