Daniel Dailey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and equipment maintenance. Currently serving as a Support Engineer at Orasi Software since May 2009, Daniel specializes in troubleshooting HP product installations and errors, particularly in Quality Center (QC), Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and QuickTest Professional (QTP), as well as their interaction with various operating systems and third-party software. Prior to this role, Daniel held the position of Lead Equipment Specialist Technician at RFMD from July 1999 to March 2009, where responsibilities included team management and equipment maintenance oversight. Additionally, Daniel worked as a Senior Equipment Maintenance Specialist at Applied Magnetics, INC, and began a career in technology as a Telephone/Switchboard and Radio Technician for the United States Marine Corps. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Guilford College, along with an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Kishwaukee College. Educational pursuits also included time at Northern Illinois University and North Central College.
