Joseph Elias has extensive experience in the construction and engineering sectors, currently serving as Estimation Manager in the Tendering Department for International Projects at Orascom Construction PLC. Previously, Joseph held positions as Estimation Team Leader and Senior Estimator Engineer within the same company. Other roles include Civil Structural Engineer in private practice, Site Engineer at ALHUSAM GENERAL CONTRACTOR ESTABLISHMENT, and Steel Workshop Manager-Erection Engineer at NCC National Construction Company.
