Blenda Nyahoro is a Corporate & Commercial Associate at Oraro & Company Advocates since May 2022, with expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions, Insolvency and Restructuring, ESG & Energy, Intellectual Property, Fintech, Data Protection, and General Corporate matters. Notably, Blenda has contributed to advising a major bank in Kenya on restructuring facilities worth up to KES 1 billion. Previous experience includes serving as an Advocate Trainee at the firm where Blenda was involved in the Presidential Election Petition Number E007 of 2022, and as a Legal Intern at CS Macharia & Co. Advocates, responsible for drafting court documents and client management. In the early career, Blenda interned at Kerugoya Law Courts, handling document assessment and preparation of cause lists. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws from Catholic University of Eastern Africa.
