Husein Alawi, RBSM, currently serves as the Assistant Director of Operations at Oranje Commercial Janitorial since August 2019, focusing on team support, client retention, quality control, equipment maintenance, and asset management. Prior to this role, Alawi was the Operations Manager and Project Manager at Olympus Building Services, Inc., where responsibilities included managing over 50 staff for custodial services at Arizona State University and overseeing employee recruitment, hiring, and training. Alawi also gained experience as a Custodial Supervisor at California State University, Chico, supervising custodial services within Residential Life and managing a team of more than 20 employees. Alawi holds a Bachelor of Science in Botany/Plant Biology and a Bachelor of Science in General Biology, both from California State University, Chico.
