Yuliya Ivaniushkina has been working in the field of business analysis since 2009. Yuliya began their career as a Project Manager and Consultant of Hot Line at the Young Women's Christian Association of Belarus. In 2020, they joined EPAM Systems as a Business Analyst, where they were responsible for requirements elicitation, documentation, analyzing and storing requirements, collaboration and negotiation with customers, backlog management, and project planning. In 2021, they moved to Orangesoft, also as a Business Analyst. Currently, they are employed at Luxoft as a Business Analyst.

Yuliya Ivaniushkina completed a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from European Humanities University between 2011 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Russian State Social University (Minsk branch) between 2006 and 2011.
