Shadi ALBESS, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation and marketing within the telecommunications and tourism sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Innovation at Orange Middle East & Africa since September 2010, Shadi is instrumental in driving digital transformation and fostering an internal culture of innovation. Previously, Shadi held the position of Head of Call Completion Services for Orange Group in the AMEA region, focusing on yield and revenue management as well as consulting. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Marketing Leader at Orange Jordan, where Shadi managed value-added services and strategic marketing initiatives, alongside earlier work as a Sales Supervisor and Communication Controller at Sun Holiday Travel and Tourism, overseeing various marketing activities and maintaining competitive intelligence. Shadi holds a Master's degree in Marketing from the Arab Academy for Banking and Financial Sciences.
