Emmanuel Boulaire has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as a Manager at Orange since January 2008. At Orange France, Emmanuel Boulaire oversees the construction and operation of the mobile core network infrastructure, as well as fixed network engineering. Prior to this role, Emmanuel Boulaire was the Head of the Project Managers team and a Project Manager at Sofrecom from August 2005 to January 2008. Earlier in the career, Emmanuel Boulaire worked as a Multimedia Consultant at France Telecom from February 2000 to July 2005 and began as an R&D Engineer. Emmanuel Boulaire holds an Ingenieur degree from Telecom Bretagne, obtained between 1995 and 1998.
