Amine Najem is a telecommunications professional with a comprehensive background in network systems and support. Currently employed at Orange Maroc as a Spécialiste TMC B2B and Spécialiste gestion réseau GPON et CPE FTTH since July 2019, Amine oversees customer claims for FTTH and monitors GPON status using various management platforms. Prior experience at CBI from January 2013 to June 2019 as Ingenieur Support involved working with Layer 3 protocols in a Cisco GOLD Partner environment. Amine began professional training with an internship in 2012, focusing on the migration from IPv4 to IPv6 networks.
