Rogelio DURAN GOMEZ has extensive experience in IT project management, spanning over two decades at Orange España, where responsibilities have included leading transformation projects utilizing Agile methodologies, managing network provisioning systems, and enhancing customer service operations in Colombia. Previous roles include project management for billing systems and cross-departmental coordination of new service launches, as well as functional analysis and team leadership during telecommunications projects for Telefónica Internacional in El Salvador and Guatemala. Early career positions involved programming and systems analysis for various companies, culminating in a Technical Engineering degree from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
