Laith Pahlawan has had a diverse range of work experiences spanning several companies. Laith started their career as a Lead IT Support Specialist at Rider Travel Group, where they provided support and managed the migration of the organization's work environment. Laith then worked as an IT Manager at Interwood Marketing Group and later at TeleTech, where they were responsible for creating call center technology. In 2002, Laith founded acompuco, an IT consulting business that evolved into a Managed Services Provider. Laith served as the Manager/Owner and focused on sales process improvement. Currently, Laith is the CEO of The Orange Crew, a company resulting from the merger of Acompuco and Latitude, where they have larger responsibilities and budgets.

Laith Pahlawan has a diverse educational background that spans several institutions and fields of study. Laith began their formal education at St. Clair College from 1989 to 1991, where they obtained a diploma in Electronics Engineering. Following this, they attended Seneca College from 1991 to 1993, where they earned another diploma, this time in Electronics Engineering Technology.

Seeking further advancement, Laith pursued higher education at the University of Phoenix from 2007 to 2009. During this time, they successfully completed their studies and obtained a Bachelor of Business Management degree, with a focus on Business Management.

In addition to their formal education, Laith has also attained some professional certifications. Laith became a member of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) in July 2022, showcasing their involvement in the field of construction management. Furthermore, they hold certifications from Microsoft, including being a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and a Microsoft Small Business Specialist.
