Jennifer L Stanley is a seasoned labor relations professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Labor Relations Analyst at Orange County Superior Court since September 2017, Jennifer oversees compliance and provides management with advice on union labor agreements and human resources policies. Previously, as a Labor Relations Manager at Disneyland Resort from 1999 to 2006, responsibilities included investigating grievances and handling discrimination complaints. Jennifer also worked as an Employee Relations Specialist at Home Savings of America and served as an Associate Attorney at Cozen O'Connor, focusing on legal research and litigation support. Academically, Jennifer holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in Social Ecology from UC Irvine.
