Shawn Beyer is an experienced soccer coach and talent scout with a strong background in competitive soccer. As the Head Soccer Coach at Soka University of America since July 2019 and also serving as an Assistant Coach for Soka University Men's Soccer, Shawn Beyer plays a significant role in developing student-athletes. In addition to coaching at Soka University, Shawn Beyer is an Academy Coach for Orange County Soccer Club since March 2021 and has been a Talent Scout for the U.S. Soccer Federation since March 2017. Previously, Shawn Beyer competed as a professional athlete in the National Professional Soccer League with the Kansas City Comets and Philadelphia KiXX, and in the World Indoor Soccer League with the San Diego Sockers. Shawn Beyer holds a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Evansville and attended Johnson County Community College.
