William Taylor is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in budget management and financial analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Financial Analyst at ORANGE COUNTY CONVENTION CENTER since December 2013, William Taylor has developed and monitored annual operating revenue and expense budgets exceeding $400 million, while performing variance analysis for key performance indicators related to hospitality events. Previously, as Fiscal Officer for ORANGE COUNTY GOVERNMENT, responsibilities included developing operating budgets and tracking expenses for a budget exceeding $25 million. Additionally, William Taylor held the position of Fiscal Coordinator at ORANGE COUNTY CORRECTIONS DIVISION, where support was provided to the CFO in budget preparation and trend monitoring. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Central Florida, complemented by an Associate of Science in Computer Programming and Applications from Valencia College.
