Thierry Buecheler currently serves as the Head EMEA for Business Value & Strategy at Oracle, with previous roles including Head EMEA South and various leadership positions in innovation and IT strategy across EMEA and APAC. Buecheler also leads the Big Data, Analytics, and Internet of Things Practice at ddrobotec® and serves on the Board of Advisors for Mindfire AG, focusing on applying principles of human intelligence to AI development. Prior experience includes engagement management at McKinsey & Company, research in artificial intelligence at the University of Zurich, and project management roles in various financial institutions. Buecheler holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Zurich, and a Master of Science in Computer Science Engineering from ETH Zürich.
