Previous roles at Oracle include COO for Systems and Alliances & Channels, Head of Business Development for Applications, and Go to Market Executive for ERP/SCM, contributing to notable double-digit growth in the region. Prior to Oracle, Taize held leadership positions at MUXI, Webb, Unisys, Vale, and Escelsa, with a strong focus on customer success, operational efficiency, and technology solution implementation. Taize holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Rio de Janeiro Federal University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Espírito Santo Federal University.
