Sapan Panigrahi is an experienced technology executive currently serving as the VP of Oracle Management Cloud at Oracle since September 2018, and has been a Technical Advisor for VoxEdu since January 2014. Previous roles include Distinguished Architect at Yahoo! Inc. from September 2015 to October 2017, where Sapan focused on hybrid cloud strategy and infrastructure performance, and VP of Engineering at Workday from October 2013 to August 2015, leading the development of a world-class cloud for enterprise applications. Sapan also held the position of VP for HANA Cloud Computing at SAP from May 2011 to October 2013, launching HANA as a Service, and was instrumental in building performance engineering teams at both Yahoo! Inc. and Slam Dunk Networks. Sapan’s career began with roles in systems architecture and software development at companies such as Overture/AltaVista, Charles Schwab, and Innoventry. Sapan holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela and further education from The University of Texas at Arlington.
