Pengcheng Zhou is a Principal Member of Technical Staff at Oracle, specializing in the OCI IAM Authorization Team since July 2020, where leadership in the Local Authorization Client project significantly improved Object Level IAM and reduced authorization latency by 66%. Prior to this role, Pengcheng Zhou served as a Senior Software Engineer at SevOne, focusing on feature development for the SevOneNMS system and a data-streaming project using Scala and Java. Early career experience includes a Software Engineer Internship at SevOne and a Specialist position at Apple, where skills in customer engagement and solution provision were honed. Pengcheng Zhou holds a Master's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Automation from Nanjing Forestry University. Additionally, an exchange program was completed at the University of New Brunswick.
