Mindy Jaffar HMC (FMF) ret. has extensive experience in military recruitment and human resources, holding positions such as Program Manager for Military Talent and Military Talent Sourcer at Oracle, and Executive Physician Recruiter at Navy Talent Acquisition Group (NTAG) Phoenix. Mindy has also served in various roles within the US Navy, including Employee Relations and Equal Opportunity Manager, Staffing Analyst, and Training and Development Specialist. Mindy Jaffar earned a Master's Degree in Human Resource Development from Webster University and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Creative Writing at Southern New Hampshire University.
