Kat Claxton currently serves as the Global BarTender Program Manager at Oracle, leading the BarTender program for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure since January 2022. Prior to this role, Kat was the Principal Talent Program Manager at Oracle, focusing on Talent Acquisition for the Security & Developer Services organization throughout 2022. Kat's experience includes a brief tenure as a Senior Recruiter at Zillow and an extensive career at Wells Fargo, where roles included AVP in Infrastructure and Workforce Strategy, as well as various positions in recruitment. Kat holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Eastern Washington University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
