Kapil Nawhal is a Senior Software Engineer at Oracle, having joined in August 2024, and previously held similar positions at PeopleStrong from January 2022 to August 2024, where responsibilities included building Next Gen HR Tech. Before this, Kapil gained experience as an intern in data science at The Sparks Foundation in August 2021. Kapil holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Software Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Agartala, completed in 2022.
