Jesus Jaime (JJ) Lara, MA-ODL, serves as a Senior Manager of Learning and Development at Oracle and holds the position of National Board Chair - Treasurer for the Oracle Latinos Alliance. With a robust background in Learning and Development, JJ previously worked as a Senior Principal Program Manager at Riverbed Technology and as a Senior Operations Manager at Kaiser Permanente. Additionally, JJ contributed as a Principal Learning Consultant focused on Talent and Organizational Performance and as a Process Improvement Specialist in Information Technology.
