Jen Borders has extensive experience in customer experience leadership, currently serving as the Global Vice President for Customer Experience at Oracle Corp. since February 2001, where responsibility includes leading teams for Customer Support, Customer Success, Account Delivery Executives, and Customer Communications & Insights within the Infrastructure Industries Global Business Unit. Prior to Oracle, Jen held positions such as Senior Director of Customer Support at SPL WorldGroup, and roles in implementation at Allegro Development and Spear Technologies, as well as contract management positions at Taurus Energy Corp. and Coda Energy. Jen Borders earned a degree from The University of Dallas between 1984 and 1988.
