Gorden Cheng is an experienced cybersecurity and IT professional currently serving as Deputy Corporate Security Architect and Director of Information Security at Oracle since June 2017. Previously, Gorden worked as a Crypto/Security Advisor at HedgeBase from April 2018 to March 2021, providing critical guidance on decentralized trading systems. Gorden held the position of Director of IT Infrastructure and Security at Everyone Counts, Inc., where leadership was provided to a team of 15-20 staff managing IT operations. Additional experience includes roles as Systems Architect at The Active Network, Systems Engineer at Sony Network Entertainment, IT Engineer at Qualcomm and Convera, and Systems Administrator at Advanced Networks of Texas. Gorden holds an MBA from Western Governors University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas.
