Alexandra Albu (Matei) possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition, primarily within the EMEA region at Oracle, where roles included EMEA Principal Oracle Talent Advisor, EMEA Senior Oracle Talent Advisor, and EMEA Recruiter. Prior experience includes serving as a Recruitment Consultant at Libra Internet Bank and as a Jr HR Consultant at Excon Consultanta. Alexandra holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Educational Sciences, both obtained from the University of Bucharest.
