Mads Lapain currently serves as the Head of IT at OQEMA Group since January 2024. Prior to this role, Mads held significant positions at ALDI Danmark from May 2020 to January 2024, including IT Team Lead focused on Core solutions and IT Operations. Before that, Mads was the Team Leader for IT Support at Netto, part of Salling Group, from April 2016 to May 2020. Mads also has experience as an Afdelingsleder at SIXT in 2015 and as Butikssouschef at TDC from August 2008 to December 2014. Mads holds an Akademi Merkonom degree in Management from Niels Brock, completed in June 2010.
