Gianfranco De Capua has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Gianfranco began their career in 2004 as an Area Manager at FinecoBank, where they worked until 2007. Gianfranco then moved on to UniCredit, where they served as the Coordinator of the Commercial Network in the Central Italy region from 2007 to 2009. Following this, they joined Barclays Bank PLC as the Coordinator of the Commercial Network in the Central Italy region from 2010 to 2013. From 2014 to 2017, Gianfranco worked at Mediocredito Centrale as the National Coordinator of the Commercial Network. Gianfranco then joined Banca Progetto in 2017 as an Advisor, specializing in Bank Development, until 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Opyn since June 2018.

From 1996 to 1999, they completed their "Abilitazione alla professione di avvocato," which can be translated as the authorization to practice as a lawyer. Additionally, Gianfranco De Capua also enrolled in the "Iscrizione Albo Avvocati," an attorney registration program, which they completed by 1999.
