Nilesh Pardeshi has a work experience spanning multiple roles and positions. Nilesh started their career as a Software Engineer at Pune in August 2011 and worked there until March 2017. Nilesh then joined Opus Consulting Solutions in April 2017 as an Associate and was promoted to the role of Senior Associate in July 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Tech Lead at Opus Consulting Solutions starting from April 2021. Nilesh Pardeshi is certified as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM®) and ISTQB®.

Nilesh Pardeshi completed their education in Computer Engineering at Smt.Kashibai Navale College of Engineering. Nilesh earned an Engineer's Degree from 2005 to 2009 and later pursued a Master's Degree in the same field from 2012 to 2014.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Nilesh Pardeshi has obtained several certifications. Nilesh became a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) through Scrum Alliance in November 2018. In February 2017, they obtained the ISTQB Certified Tester certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board.

Furthermore, Nilesh Pardeshi has also acquired additional certifications from LinkedIn. In March 2021, they completed the courses "Learning the OWASP Top 10" and "Programming Foundations: Secure Coding" through LinkedIn.
