Mansi Shinde has a work experience as a Senior Tech Engineer at Opus Consulting Solutions since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Altimetrik as an Engineer-Product and Platform Engineering from 2019 to 2022, where they handled projects for clients such as Citi Bank. Mansi also had a role as a Software Engineer at Altimetrik from 2019 to 2020. Before that, Mansi worked at CloudPoint America as an Associate Lead from 2018 to 2019, a Software Engineer from 2017 to 2018, and a Java Developer from 2017 to 2017.

Mansi Shinde completed their primary and secondary education at Renuka Swaroop Memorial Girls High School in Pune from 2005 to 2010. Mansi pursued a Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) in Science at Sir Parashurambhau College in India from 2010 to 2012. Later, they attended Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science.

In addition to their formal education, Mansi Shinde has also acquired additional certifications. In May 2019, they completed the course "Java: Data Structures" from LinkedIn. Mansi further obtained two more certifications in 2022: "React.js Essential Training" from LinkedIn in December and "Microservices: Designing Highly Scalable Systems" from Udemy in April.
