Gadei Florentina has extensive experience in the consulting and financial sectors, currently serving as a Consultant at Optymyze since May 2020. Prior roles include Business Analyst at Oracle from September 2015 to April 2020, and Head of Bancassurance Department at Alpha Bank Romania from September 2011 to September 2015, where Gadei also held the position of Bancassurance Officer. Gadei began the career as an Insurance Broker at Alpha Insurance Brokers from March 2010 to August 2011. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from The Bucharest University of Economic Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Bucharest. Additionally, foundational education was completed at ā€žMihail Kogalniceanuā€ College.
