Heriberto R. is an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a comprehensive background in telehealth and in-home assessments. Since December 2021, Heriberto has been serving as a Nurse Practitioner at Optum. Previous roles include Nurse Practitioner positions at Care Connectors Medical Group, ComplexCare Solutions, Prisma Care, and AveryHC, as well as a CNP role at Signify Health.
