Greg Lipinski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client services and operations management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Client Services at Optum since July 2020, Greg leads a team of client relationship managers overseeing a diverse portfolio of over 2,000 clients, emphasizing customer satisfaction and compliance. Previous roles at Optum included Associate Director of Operations and Client Relationship Manager, where responsibilities encompassed 340B inventory management, contract negotiations, and client engagement. Prior to Optum, Greg worked at Diplomat as an Account Manager and Product Coordinator, and at the University of Michigan-Flint in various capacities, including Assistant Program Manager. Greg holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Michigan - Rackham Graduate School and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from the University of Michigan-Flint.
