Claudia Jones currently holds the position of Associate Director for Industry Relations at Optum, a role assumed in January 2025. Prior to this, Claudia accumulated extensive experience at Grifols from September 2016 to December 2024, progressing through various roles including Commercial Operations Manager, Commercial Operations Supervisor, Customer Service Supervisor, and Customer Service Specialist. Claudia's educational background includes a BA (Hons) in International English Literature and Spanish from Maynooth University (2012-2016) and an Erasmus/International degree add-on in Language Interpretation and Translation from Universitat Pompeu Fabra (2014-2015), alongside a high school education at Castleknock Community College (2007-2012).
