Amarjeet Talwar is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in program management, Agile coaching, and technology transformation. Currently serving as the Director and RTE Program Manager at Optum since February 2021, Amarjeet focuses on leading card strategy and operations, particularly in enhancing Health Savings Account (HSA) card issuance processes. Prior to Optum, Amarjeet worked at Cigna as an Enterprise Project Manager, where significant achievements included leading the $17 million CMS Interoperability initiative. With a solid foundation in consulting roles at various organizations, including Wells Fargo Bank and the Federal Reserve Bank, Amarjeet holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
